The NexGen Series blends the classic functionality of the Electroglas 2001X with the latest in technology. Additional features include the ability to network, open architecture, remote diagnostics, and remote support services.
The updated design of the NXG provides a better return on investment, greater throughput, and improved reliability. The improved reliability is acheived by the elimination or re-design of high-failure boards and assemblies. A PC-based vision and control system allows for a multitude of configurations that could not be attained by previous models. |

Wizard Allows an operator to easily input the setup criteria and is alerted if any steps were missed to complete the setup process. |

Wafer Editor Allows the user to create a smart control map. The map can be modified to add or delete die and change borders. It eliminates the need for third party wafer map control systems. |

Production This screen displays the real-time wafer results during the probing process. |
